-           SHM Brewer Oxford Boatyard and Marina, 502 E. Strand, reconfigure existing marina, replace bulkhead, and dredge.

Historic Meeting - March 4, 2019

Regular monthly meeting beginning at 5 p.m.

 

Building permits for Review:

 

-           Christopher Rissmiller, 214 N. Morris Street, maintenance repair to repair brick on building; uneven brick walk needs fixing; repair loose shingles on roof; window frames at rear right side need to be repaired.

-           Kenneth Davis, 313 N. Morris St., tear down existing rear addition on house; build new kitchen addition within the same footprint; renovate upstairs bathroom  and master bathroom; replace HVAC; install a new bath in existing guesthouse and add a second floor dormer storage area.

-           Bob Fay, 305 Market Street, replace HVAC equipment on left side of house; surround equipment with white wooden Oxford fence and shrubbery; electric meter to reside in same location.

-           Bob Fay, 305 Market St., erect 4’ white wooden Oxford fence on western side of property; erect a black steel 4’ hoop and spike fence on northern and southern sides of property.

-           Freiderikos Athanasopoulos, 208 Factory St., demolish existing garage; addition of 1 ½ story frame garage attached to house with studio and bath above.

-           Freiderikos Athanasopoulos, 208 Factory St., demolish existing swimming pool and relocate adjacent to addition; surround with wood deck and brick walkway; brick veneer above grade; brick steps with wrought iron handrails.

-           Jennifer Stanley, 221 South St., 4’wood screen fencing replicating neighbors pool fence; wire fencing to replicate picket fencing and small portion of wire fencing; small 6’ x 6’ shed on back of garage to screen generator.
